"Shopping for Egg Donors" is the second in a series of five mini-videos(link is external) created as part of a project called BioConversations(link is external) that aims to spark a grassroots conversation about new technologies that could alter human nature. Videos 3 through 5 will be released in July, August, and September.

BioConversations is a collaborative project of Mothers for a Human Future, the Center for Genetics and Society, the Public Conversations Project(link is external), and the Jamestown Project(link is external). The first mini-video(link is external), "Where are We Headed?," was released last month for Mother's Day, and discussed by the Jamestown Project's Stephanie Robinson(link is external) in her weekly political commentary for The Tom Joyner Morning Show.
